Handling Viewings

Private showings and open viewings give buyers the chance to experience your Park Model or RV in person — and envision themselves enjoying it. Ideally, we want them to walk away impressed and ready to make an offer.

As your sales team, we work hard to maximize the impact of every showing. That means advising you on how to best prepare your unit, marketing it to serious buyers, and highlighting its best features during the visit.

We’ll coordinate with you to schedule showings at times that are convenient — with flexibility helping to attract more potential buyers. Weekends and evenings are often the most popular times.

You won’t need to worry about the logistics — we handle all scheduling, communication, and if applicable, the planning and promotion of open viewings.

While we do most of the work, here are a few simple ways you can help ensure each viewing is a success:

  • Clean and tidy the interior and exterior — a neat space always shows better.

  • Declutter and remove personal items to help buyers picture themselves using the space.

  • Step out during showings if possible — buyers feel more comfortable asking questions and exploring.

  • Remove pets if applicable — even friendly animals can distract from the showing.

  • Ensure steps, decks, and pathways are clear.
